I recently bought a new camera.

An Olympus OM-D E-M10 to be precise, and it’s a beauty!

It is my first ‘proper’ camera – by which I mean it isn’t pink and pocket-sized and won’t be used for drunken toilet selfies (at least that’s the intention).

As a photography novice, I’m slightly daunted by all the buttons and dials, endless settings and changeable lenses. And filters… what’s a filter!?

As I learn how to use it, and take better pictures, I also want to improve my Photoshop skills and will document my experiences as I go.

Soon I will be a red-hot photography master. Failing that, just a poser with a pretty camera…
